- The floor slab can be frame-beam or made of SIP panels, at your discretion
- The roof can be made of SIP panels or another design, at the customer’s discretion.
- Roofing: profiled sheet or any other material
- Wind and moisture protection film
- Drip tray, ridge and end strip, other accessories
- Window installation.
- Insulated metal entrance door.
- Project development by SIPSHEN architects, taking into account the regional climate and static loads, when ordering the construction of a house.
- House installation by the SIPSHEN team, including fasteners and consumables.
- On-site soil survey (additional service).
